We're looking for talented, passionate people to join our punch pizza team in Minneapolis, MN.
Head Pizza Chef
Lead our kitchen team in crafting authentic Neapolitan punch pizza using our signature wood-fired oven. You'll oversee daily pizza production, maintain quality standards, and mentor junior cooks in traditional artisan techniques.
- 3+ years of professional pizza or Italian kitchen experience
- Deep knowledge of Neapolitan dough fermentation & wood-fire techniques
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- ServSafe certified (or willing to obtain within 30 days)
Restaurant Manager
Oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations at our flagship Minneapolis location. You'll manage staffing, inventory, guest experience, and ensure every punch pizza order reflects our commitment to quality.
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
- Strong knowledge of POS systems and inventory management
- Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills
Front-of-House Server
Be the welcoming face of Punch pizza. Deliver exceptional dining experiences, guide guests through our artisan pizza menu, handle orders with precision, and create the warm, vibrant atmosphere our regulars love.
- Prior serving or hospitality experience preferred
- Friendly, outgoing personality with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Food handler certification or willingness to obtain
Prep Cook & Kitchen Associate
