IN NO EVENT SHALL PUNCH PIZZA'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO PUNCH PIZZA IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED UNITED STATES DOLLARS (USD $100.00).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. If you reside in such a jurisdiction, some of the above limitations may not apply to you to the extent prohibited by applicable law.
